This is the principle of controlling things by going alonge with them (...) * (Lao-Tzu) The goal of Ki Exercises is to learn how to use our "Ki", which is a concept that embraces among other things consciousness and life energy. The most important words are "sensitivity" and "sensibility". The key phrases for this training are, "increasing the flexibility of the whole body", "deepening and regulation of breathing", "sensitisation of perception ability" and "working with gravity". This training helps us to use and control body and mind. Ligaments, sinews and joints are invigorated and conscious relaxation of all body parts is taught. In this way body fluids flow better, the immune system gets stronger and the danger of harming the body is reduced.
